For regular ongoing services, we work with you to establish a consistent schedule. For one-off or additional services, we appreciate as much notice as possible, though we'll do our best to accommodate short-notice requests based on availability.
Yes, we're flexible! Life changes and so can your schedule. Simply give us notice and we'll adjust your services to suit your needs.
Yes, if you'd like family members present, that's completely fine. It's your support and you decide who's involved. Some participants prefer privacy while others like family involvement—both are perfectly okay.
Let us know as soon as possible. We can adjust or pause your services during hospitalization and coordinate with hospital staff if appropriate. We can also help with hospital discharge planning and resuming services when you return home.
