Frequently Asked Questions

We work with all plan management types—selfmanaged, plan-managed, and agency-managed (NDIA-managed) plans. Most of our participants are planmanaged or agency-managed.

Our fees align with NDIS pricing guidelines. Specific costs depend on the service, time of day, and your plan management type. We provide transparent pricing information upfront and issue clear invoices.

Your NDIS plan is based on reasonable and necessary supports related to your disability. We work within your plan budgets to maximize value and outcomes. If your plan doesn't cover all your needs, we can discuss this during your planning review.

Contact us immediately if you're concerned about budget. We can adjust service levels, help you prioritize supports, and assist you in requesting an unscheduled plan review if your circumstances have changed.

If you're plan-managed, your plan manager provides regular budget statements. If you're agency-managed, you can check your budget in the myplace portal. If you're self-managed, you track your own spending. We also provide regular service summaries showing what you've used with us.
